We are delighted to have been appointed by a new client to undertake the office fit-out of their newly acquired property in Northfleet, Kent, equating to approx. 48,000 sq ft over two floors.
Kent Space offers secure self-storage and serviced offices for business owners, professionals, individuals, students and families in various locations throughout Kent.
Works recently began with the strip out of the existing office areas ready to make way for a new mezzanine floor structure.
We were thrilled to have completed the fit-out of this stunning Georgian building right in the heart of London’s Soho.
The 2,800 sq ft office design and build project was completed within four weeks and features lots of unique finishes and quirky details from exposed services to bespoke fabricated metal partitioning.

We welcome Westley – a skilled carpenter and joiner (and awesome surfer we might add) bringing over 25 years experience with him to the team. We’re super pleased to have him on board.
Tracey is running the London Landmarks Half Marathon again this year, raising money for baby charity, Tommy’s. Tracey has been training hard, recently clocking up over 10 miles every week – ouch! We wish her all the very best of luck.
