Enaflo’s February Round-Up

In February, build works commenced on a new project in East Sussex, we handed over another in London, and when much of the nation stood frozen, thanks to the beast of the east, some of us even managed to dust off our sleds.

It was a busy month!

Office Design & Build, Hove

We are delighted to be working with an existing Client again on their new and additional offices (shell and core) in Hove, East Sussex. We have been appointed to carry out both the Cat A and Cat B fit-out works, Design and Build.

Features will include a new tea point and staff breakout area, male and female WC’s, open plan offices, individual rooms, storage wall, bespoke joinery and new furniture throughout.

The build is expected to last six weeks.

The Industrial Unit: The project moved onto its final stages, and many of the finishing trades have been working hard, progressing well with internal doors, tea points, bespoke joinery, ceramic tiling, decorations and other specialist finishes. The build looks fantastic, and we’re all looking forward to seeing the full projects completion.

Digital Wall Graphics: The wait continues!

Office Fit-Out, London

We successfully delivered and handed over an office fit-out in London, SW1.

Working alongside the Clients designer resulted in a stunning looking space, packed with great looking furniture and smart detail. And it all took lots of teamwork due to the number of parties involved.

Essential elements also included modifications to the existing staff breakout area and glass boardroom wall, refurbishment of the existing WC facilities and installation of new showers. We added some new feature lighting and bulkhead details, decorations, and floor finishes throughout – more on this soon.
