Raised Access Floors
Raised access floors (designed to be elevated above the structural slab level to form a hidden void) are a great way to concealing mechanical, data and electrical services. They’re widely used in commercial offices, especially where multiple desks and computers are needed. Power and data points can be easily positioned to suit your furniture layout.
Raised access floors can be installed at different heights, varying from 50mm to heights above 1200mm to suit services that may be accommodated beneath. Laid on pedestals, tiles are generally 600 x 600mm, manufactured from steel-clad chipboard and can be covered in a floor finish of your choice.
